Miswak Roots- Salvadora persica L., also known as the toothbrush tree (Miswak), has been used since ancient times as a chewing stick for oral hygiene. The sap , roots and bark is reported as a stimulant of saliva production with a pH buffering capacity the ability to remove the dental plaque layer , remineralization of the enamel layer  and shows a strong antimicrobial activity.

Calcium Carbonate- is one of the most abundant minerals on Earth and accounts for about 4% of the Earth’s crust. We use Food grade Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC) which has been created by nature over millions of years.

Clove Powder- Cloves contain a strong anaesthetic known as eugenol which similarly works as an antiseptic to fight bacteria that may cause infections.

Steam Distilled Cinnamon Oil The main components of cinnamon EOs and extracts are cinnamaldehyde, eugenol, phenol, and linalool. Cinnamon EO showed the highest antibacterial activity against S. mutans.

Dry Brush- Dip into powder or sprinkle on toothbrush, brush as normal.

Wet Brush-Wet toothbrush and dip or sprinkle on powder, brush as normal.

Recommended use 2 x per day.

One jar which is 60g will usually last about 200 brushes, which is about 3 months.

*Make sure no water enters the jar to avoid bacteria growth, & prevent excess moisture/water.
