How to use
Use about 1 teaspoon (or roughly a tablespoon in some
versions) of the oil pulling mouthwash. Swish the oil vigorously between your
teeth and around your gums. As the oil thins and mixes with saliva, it’s ready
to be spit out.
Important: Spit the oil into the trash (not the sink) to prevent plumbing
issues. Then rinse your mouth with warm water. For best results, oil pull first
thing in the morning on an empty stomach before brushing your teeth. Avoid
swallowing the oil, as it contains extracted impurities.
It’s suitable for adults and children 6 years and older (children should be
supervised to ensure they can spit properly)
