Use 1 teaspoon of Weluxia Oil Pulling Mouthwash and allow it to melt naturally in your mouth. Vigorously swish the oil between your teeth. As the oil becomes thinner, it’s ready to be discarded.

Important: Spit the oil into the trash (not the sink) to avoid plumbing issues. Rinse your mouth with warm water. For best results, perform oil pulling first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before brushing your teeth. Avoid swallowing the oil as it will contain extracted impurities.
