Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping in the UK only on orders over £50.
Are import fees and taxes included in shipping and handling?
Only the cost of shipping is included. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes required by the receiving country.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard shipping is currently taking between 7-10 business days due to standard carrier transit times. You will receive confirmation emails when your order is placed, shipped, and delivered. Please note that tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update once your order has shipped from our facility.
What is your return policy?
