We regret that Weluxia no longer ships to the Republic of Ireland.

Following the introduction of post-Brexit customs requirements, all parcels sent from Great Britain to the Republic of Ireland are subject to customs clearance procedures, import duties, and associated carrier fees. These processes have led to significant delays, additional costs for customers, and an unacceptable rate of parcels being held or returned.

For international orders, please proceed to checkout to make sure your country of origin is listed. We apologise if we do not currently ship to your home country, but please rest assured we are constantly trying to expand Weluxia so that it may be enjoyed world wide. The cost of shipping your order will be calculated and applied during checkout.

Orders will be shipped with DPD

International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured.

Important: Ordering outside of the UK will give rise to customs and import duties. As a result of BREXIT this now includes the European Union. If you order through Etsy (EU orders only) there will be no customs & Import charges

It is important to be aware that ordering outside of the UK will give rise to customs, import duties and handling fees. As a result of BREXIT, this now includes the European Union. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. Buyer pays for the import duties and taxes, customs charges once goods have arrived in the destination country.

• Orders between 10€ and 150€ customers are likely to be charged Import Tax and a handling fee.
• Orders over 150€ customers are likely to be charged Import Tax, handling fee AND a Customs Charge 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct taxes, customs charges and handling fees if any, are paid according to their own countries legislation.

Courier Communication and Customs Fees

The courier may contact you for additional information or to collect customs fees before delivery. Failure to respond promptly may result in your order being returned to us. Please note that in such instances, refunds will not be provided. We can resend the shipment, but any additional shipping costs will be at your expense .Please ensure you are happy to pay the import duty and any associated fees BEFORE placing an order. 

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Damaged Shipments
If your  package arrives damaged, please retain the shipping box, the products, and all original packaging. Report the damage to us within three days of receipt by emailing info@weluxia.com with your order number and photos of the shipping box, shipping label, and damaged items.

Package Value Declaration
Please note that we cannot comply with requests to declare your package for a value different from the total amount paid at checkout.
