Returns

Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, unopened, and sealed. For health and hygiene reasons, some items are non-returnable (see below for details).

Process

To start a return, email us at info@weluxia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions and authorization.

Return Shipping

A return label will be sent to you once your return is authorized.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

•        Mouthwash

•        Toothpaste

•        Toothbrushes

•        Floss

•        Toothpowders

•        Gum Oils/Serums

•        Tongue Scrapers

 

Gift Cards and Sale Items: These are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We will exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged. Non-returnable items cannot be exchanged due to health and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged or faulty upon receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please allow up to 5 additional days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
