Triple Mint Oil Pulling Mouthwash combines the refreshing power of peppermint, spearmint, and wild mint with the benefits of cold-pressed coconut oil and seabuckthorn. This mouthwash offers an invigorating experience while promoting gum health, freshening your breath, and providing a natural cleanse for your mouth.

Cold Pressed Fractionated Coconut Oil, Seabuckthorn, Steam Distilled Peppermint Oil, Steam Distilled Spearmint Oil, Steam Distilled Wild Mint Oil
How to use
Use about 1 teaspoon (or roughly a tablespoon in some versions) of the oil pulling mouthwash. Swish the oil vigorously between your teeth and around your gums. As the oil thins and mixes with saliva, it’s ready to be spit out.
Important: Spit the oil into the trash (not the sink) to prevent plumbing issues. Then rinse your mouth with warm water. For best results, oil pull first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before brushing your teeth. Avoid swallowing the oil, as it contains extracted impurities.
It’s suitable for adults and children 6 years and older (children should be
supervised to ensure they can spit properly)

I’ve been buying the tooth powder because you are a UK company with ingredients I can trust. When researching I found a lot of the products were on Amazon and came from China or other non regulated countries. Could be fine but who knows!
Decided to try the toothpaste this time. It is a bit messy as you have to keep stirring the jar or the bottom gets too dry to use - like peanut butter when the oil all rises to the top. However, the texture is lovely and I like leaving it on my teeth for a minute to really allow the mineralisation to work. Think the stirring is worth it though and will get the paste again in the future. Great products thank you.
