Why We Exclude These Ingredients:

• No Fillers: We believe every ingredient should serve a purpose. By avoiding fillers, we ensure that your child gets only the most beneficial components for their oral health.
• No Gums: We’ve left out thickening agents and gums to maintain a clean, smooth texture that’s easy for little ones to use without any unnecessary additives.
• No Surfactants: Our formula is free from surfactants, which can be harsh on young mouths. We prioritise gentle cleansing that doesn’t compromise safety or comfort.
• No Essential Oils: While essential oils can be popular, we’ve chosen to avoid them to minimise any risk of irritation. Instead, we focus on natural mint powder that has been air dried.
• No Preservatives: We keep our toothpaste fresh and effective without artificial preservatives, ensuring that every jar is made with safe, wholesome ingredients.
• No Sugar Alcohols: By excluding sugar alcohols, we ensure that our toothpaste remains kid-friendly and free from potentially upsetting digestive issues.

We choose not to use nano-hydroxyapatite in our children's toothpaste due to potential safety concerns and our commitment to providing the most natural, effective oral care possible. Here's why:

• Nano-hydroxyapatite consists of extremely small particles, which can potentially be absorbed into the body through the gums or oral tissues. While some studies suggest nano-hydroxyapatite may be effective in rebuilding enamel, the long-term effects of ingesting or absorbing these nanoparticles are not fully understood, especially in children. To prioritize safety, we opt for non-nano hydroxyapatite, which still provides excellent enamel-strengthening benefits without the uncertainties of nanoparticles.
  
• We prioritise using ingredients that naturally occur in the environment We use marine-derived hydroxyapatite from sea algae, which offers a natural and eco-friendly alternative to synthetic versions. This micro particle size mimics the structure of natural tooth enamel, allowing it to effectively remineralise and repair without the need for nanoparticles.
